]]> One United Properties (BVB: ONE), a leading sustainable real estate developer in Romania, has acquired a 1.4-hectare plot on Radu Tudoran Street near Lake Tei to build a new mixed-use development – One Academy Club. The transaction is valued at €11.4 million and is structured through a compensation mechanism involving apartments and commercial spaces within the company’s portfolio.

The project will feature approximately 150 apartments, 6 commercial units, and 254 parking spaces, located near other company developments, One High District and One Lake Club. It will also include a school and kindergarten, with a gym, cafeteria, library, after-school program, and outdoor sports field, offering residents a complete and functional community.
