C&B: How has your career evolved in Italy?

Cezar Angheluta: In over 23 years in Italy, I’ve experienced a wide range of jobs, starting as a fishmonger and later becoming a metalworker, welder, and warehouseman. My career took a significant turn in 2007 when I entered the manufacturing industry, climbing the ladder from a worker to a shift supervisor, eventually becoming a production manager in a multinational corporation in the Bellunese area.

In 2011, a new chapter opened for me when I got in touch with the largest business consulting company (Open Source Management). Fascinated by their work, I decided to enroll in their school. This commitment led me to start my adventure as a business consultant in 2017.

Currently, I am in Pisa with my family, and since 2021, I have established a close collaboration with the Kimoco Group. In my role within this group, I define myself as a builder of organizational culture. My mission is to create an environment where people can thrive, innovate, and collaborate efficiently. Building organizational culture is a continuous and dynamic process that requires a clear definition of the company’s vision, mission, and values.

C&B: In your childhood, what were your career aspirations?

Cezar Angheluta: For me, freedom is a fundamental value deeply rooted in my childhood. From a young age, I loved the feeling of being free—free to express myself, think, create, and dream. This personal passion is reflected in my work, and I strive to promote a work environment that encourages freedom of expression and creativity.

C&B: How has your career been affected by pandemics, economic crises, and wars?

Cezar Angheluta: Crises, such as pandemics, economic downturns, and wars, have left an indelible mark on my approach. I’ve learned to adapt quickly, developing flexible and innovative strategies to support companies during periods of uncertainty.

C&B: What fuels your career?

Cezar Angheluta: My passion at work is fueled by the entrepreneurial dream in front of me, and this connection allows me to build positive relationships and gain the trust of my clients.

C&B: Do you have advice for those at the beginning of their journey or undecided?

Cezar Angheluta: For those at the beginning or undecided, I would say these words: “When the darkness comes… and trust that it will… don’t stop, keep going forward!”

C&B: What is the secret to success for the future?

Cezar Angheluta: Looking to the future, I believe that adaptability is the key to success in an ever-evolving world. Innovation and collaboration will become increasingly crucial, and consultancy plays a fundamental role in helping companies address challenges and seize emerging opportunities.
