Netflix reported total revenues of USD 45.2 billion last year, after generating around USD 12 billion in the final quarter, according to News.ro. Compared with 2024, the company’s revenues increased by 18% in the fourth quarter and by 16% over the full year.
The streaming giant now has more than 325 million paid accounts worldwide, strengthening its market leadership. At the same time, Netflix continued to expand its advertising-driven revenues.

Netflix generated USD 1.5 billion from advertising in 2025, marking a 250% increase compared to the previous year. Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce new advertising formats to further monetize its growing audience.
The platform also reported a 2% increase in viewing time during the second half of the year compared with 2024. In 2026, Netflix plans to roll out a redesigned mobile app interface, aimed at better supporting new content formats such as video podcasts and vertical clips.
