Papperger (Rheinmetall): The Victoria plant will be the world’s most advanced facility for double and triple-base powder production

Germany’s Rheinmetall AG is set to make Romania a key player in Europe’s defense industry. CEO Armin Papperger announced that the upcoming Rheinmetall Victoria SA plant, located near Brașov, will become the most advanced facility worldwide for producing double and triple-base propellant powders, crucial for modern artillery systems.
