AI fluency and creativity to lead tomorrow’s workforce
By 2030, the most in-demand skills will include AI and big data literacy (86%), resilience (77%), and creative thinking and digital literacy (74%), according to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2025 report. Cybersecurity and networking (71%) are also ranked among the key future competencies.
The study predicts that AI and automation will lead to the loss of 92 million jobs but also to the creation of 170 million new roles, a net gain of 78 million. Furthermore, 22% of existing jobs will undergo major transformation.
