International hotel group Accor, which currently operates 24 hotels in Romania, is preparing for a large-scale recruitment initiative as part of its continued expansion. The company hosted Career Day on 16 November in Bucharest, an interactive event designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in hospitality.
The initiative aligns with Accor’s development strategy in Romania, where the group plans to open 17 new hotels by 2027. Over the next two years, Accor aims to hire around 500 new employees for a wide range of operational and management roles.
