Sphera Franchise Group SA, the operator of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Romania, ended the third quarter of 2025 with total sales of 406 million lei — a level similar to that recorded during the same period of the previous year, according to data published on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. For the first nine months of the year, consolidated sales reached 1.15 billion lei, reflecting a slight increase of 0.7%, while net profit fell sharply to 38 million lei (-46.7% compared to 2024).
Brand performance
KFC Romania generated 352.9 million lei in Q3, maintaining its results at almost the same level as in 2024. Taco Bell continued its strong growth, reaching sales of 27.2 million lei (+13%), while Pizza Hut reported 25.3 million lei, down 5.9% year-on-year.
