Romania’s business services sector continues to strengthen its global competitiveness, supported by highly skilled talent, advanced digital capabilities and rapid adoption of AI-based solutions. These findings are outlined in the 2025 Industry Report launched during the 13th edition of the ABSL Annual Conference.
According to the study conducted by ABSL and PwC Romania, more than 280,000 professionals work in this industry, one of the country’s most dynamic economic engines. Companies cite talent availability, strong infrastructure, digital and language skills, high productivity and competitive labor costs as the main drivers for investment.
