Following the restructuring process, the company says it has become “simpler and more efficient,” laying the groundwork for a new phase of growth focused on technology and automation.

Over the next three years, Vivre plans a deep transformation, shifting from traditional e-commerce to an AI-first platform that combines technology, design, and digital commerce.
