Tommy Hilfiger has unveiled its first-ever partnership with a football club, entering a global collaboration with Liverpool FC. The agreement covers both the men’s and women’s teams and includes joint campaigns, co-branded capsule collections and seasonal wardrobes for players and staff.
The partnership brings together Tommy Hilfiger’s iconic American style with the football heritage of Anfield. The collaboration features the brand’s core collections, timeless denim, the “New York” casual line, premium accessories and footwear, alongside exclusive co-branded capsules blending Tommy Hilfiger design with Liverpool FC’s identity.

The collections will be integrated into club campaigns, selected matchdays and seasonal storytelling. Top players such as Virgil van Dijk, Dominik Szoboszlai, Florian Wirtz, Conor Bradley and Hugo Ekitike, alongside Liverpool FC Women stars Gemma Bonner and Leanne Kiernan, will take part in showcasing the collections.
“Throughout my career, I’ve been inspired by sports legends and the stories behind their uniforms. Liverpool FC has a unique history built on belief, resilience and pride, and our collaboration reflects that heritage,” said Tommy Hilfiger.
Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk added: “We’re excited to see fashion and culture come together with the club’s legacy. This collaboration creates a bridge between players, staff and fans.”
Innovation and social responsibility
The partnership was launched with a giant Tommy Hilfiger flag displayed on the Anfield pitch, featuring the co-branded logo. The material will be repurposed into themed items to be auctioned, with proceeds supporting charitable causes through the Silly Goose Foundation.
According to Liverpool FC’s commercial director Ben Latty, the collaboration introduces a premium dimension to the club’s image and strengthens its global connection with supporters.
