Economic missions planned in the US, Austria, UK and Japan
Raiffeisen Bank România and InnovX have completed the selection process for the internationalisation phase of MoonShotX 2025–2026, according to Revista Cariere. Fifteen Romanian companies will take part in economic missions between May and July 2026 in the US, Austria, the UK and Japan.
The selected companies operate in strategic industries including technology, software and AI, green energy, smart infrastructure, manufacturing, robotics and foodtech.

“The internationalisation phase of MoonShotX is a key milestone to showcase the maturity and potential of Romanian companies. Our team will support participants in building strategic partnerships with clients and investors in Austria, the UK, the US and Japan,” said Cristian Sporiș, Vice President Corporate & Investment Banking.
The evaluation process assessed business models, technological capabilities, financial sustainability and readiness for global markets, in collaboration with experts from Raiffeisen Bank Romania, Microsoft, DLA Piper and international InnovX partners.
“In the two MoonShotX editions, we have seen companies with vision, discipline and the real ability to compete globally,” said Diana Dumitrescu, CEO of InnovX.
The second edition of the programme started in October 2025 with 21 companies undergoing mentoring sessions and 1:1 scaling strategy meetings.
