Orange România reported consolidated revenues of €1.455 billion in 2025, marking a 2.9% increase compared to the previous year, according to Economedia. In the fourth quarter alone, revenues reached €408.6 million, up 11.5% year-on-year.
As of December 31, 2025, the company provided mobile services to 9.1 million customers, fixed broadband to over 1 million users and TV services to around 1 million clients. The mobile base was affected by a decline in the prepaid segment amid market maturity, partially offset by growth in subscriptions.
In 2025, the operator expanded its 5G/5G+ network coverage to 88 cities.

B2B growth and continued infrastructure investment
The B2B segment acted as a key growth driver, with revenues increasing by over 14% compared to the previous year. Expansion of the 5G network and modernization of fixed infrastructure directly supported this performance. Significant gains were recorded in large-scale IT infrastructure projects and device deliveries, particularly within the security services portfolio.
Orange Romania also launched SCUT, a cybersecurity company in which it holds a majority stake, developed together with Orange Cyberdefense, a European leader in the field.
“The 2025 results reflect a competitive market context where price pressure constantly influences the customer base. Our simplification efforts and investment discipline have allowed us to prioritize areas with direct impact on service quality – network, digital services and integrated solutions for companies. Infrastructure modernization remains a priority in 2026. We will continue developing the 5G/5G+ network to further expand national coverage and capacity, with a budget of over €200 million allocated this year,” said Julien Ducarroz, CEO of Orange Romania.
