Medicana’s First Hospital in Romania to Be Built in Nusco City Following a €46 Million Investment

Nusco Group has signed a strategic partnership with Medicana Health Group to develop the Turkish network’s first hospital in Romania. The investment, exceeding €46 million, will be part of the Nusco City urban regeneration project in the northern area of Bucharest.

The new medical unit will have a capacity of approximately 120 beds and will operate as a general hospital, covering major medical specialties. It will provide healthcare services to patients from Bucharest and across the country.

Project Details and Construction Timeline

The hospital will be built on a 4,000-square-meter plot and will feature a total built area of around 22,000 square meters. Out of this, 16,000 square meters will be above ground, while 6,000 square meters will be allocated to underground parking spaces and specialized medical facilities.
