On October 16, 2025, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., the CREFOP Foundation and IMM Club will host Inspire & Connect – “Develop Your Skills for the Future of Work” at the “CRESC Oradea Mare” Business Incubator. The event aims to create a dialogue space for professionals, companies, and trainers around digitalization, resilience, and inclusion in the workplace.
Professionals and Trainers Explore Sustainable Careers and Adaptability
Flaviu Porojan, Coordinator of CREFOP Oradea, will open the series of talks with “The Future of Career Starts Now: Building Coherent Careers in a Digital and Hyperconnected Era”, explaining how professionals can create sustainable career paths in a constantly changing world.

Nadia Pop (ANA HR) will discuss “Work in Transformation: How to Adapt When Technology Changes Everything”, analyzing the redefinition of professional roles and the key skills needed for the future.
Liviu Sav, co-founder of SMARTreports and BRIDGE-to-INFORMATION, will lead a hands-on workshop, “AI in Your Work – From Zero to Productivity”, showing how artificial intelligence can enhance workplace efficiency.
Iuliana Miko, legal advisor and trainer, will facilitate a team exercise focused on developing soft skills for agile teams, emphasizing communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
A key highlight of the event will be the discussion panel “Respect & Inclusion at Work”, moderated by Nadia Pop, Liviu Sav, and Iuliana Miko. The panel will address workplace discrimination, the role of technology in promoting inclusion, and the importance of creating a respectful and empathetic professional environment.
Projects and Resources for Professional Growth
During the event, the CREFOP Foundation will present the project SmartSteps – Intelligent Steps Toward New Technological Skills (ID 301489), funded by the European Social Fund Plus under the Education and Employment Program 2021–2027. Participants will learn about training activities, courses, and development opportunities offered through the project, including a workshop on promoting non-discrimination in the workplace.
The event will conclude with the launch of the “Skills of the Future” toolkit – a practical guide encouraging participants to turn inspiration into direction and direction into tangible results.
