FAN Courier posts RON 1.5 billion turnover in 2025, plans €35 million investments in 2026

E-commerce growth drives volumes, while costs pressure profitability

FAN Courier closed 2025 with revenues of RON 1.546 billion (around €310 million), up roughly 11% year on year, according to Wall-Street. The Romanian-founded courier company expects turnover to grow by about 15% in 2026.

CEO Adrian Mihai said profitability declined by around 40% compared to 2024 due to rising costs, while taxes paid to the state reached €290 million. Parcel volumes increased by 15% in 2025, supported by the rapid expansion of e-commerce and online retail.

Around €20 million was allocated to expanding the FANbox locker network, while €12 million went into upgrading regional hubs. The company also commissioned a new high-capacity sorting system supplied by Vanderlande, capable of handling 30,000 parcels per hour.

By the end of 2025, FAN Courier employed nearly 9,500 people and expanded its delivery fleet by 10%. For 2026, the company plans investments of €35 million to support continued growth and operational efficiency.
