Tech giant Microsoft has announced it will discontinue Outlook Lite starting May 26, when the app will be removed from the Android app store. The information was reported by Forbes.
Outlook Lite was designed as a lightweight version optimized for entry-level smartphones, offering faster performance and lower resource consumption.

Users will not lose data
According to Microsoft, users who have synchronized their accounts via Outlook Mobile will not lose their data and will be redirected to the standard Outlook app.
