Deloitte and ElevenLabs announced a partnership to develop AI conversational agents for Central European companies

AI-powered conversational agents for companies in Central Europe, according to information published by Ziarul Financiar.

By combining ElevenLabs’ conversational AI platform with Deloitte’s expertise in consulting and digital transformation, the two organizations aim to help companies automate business processes and improve customer experience.

Automation of customer interactions and internal operations

The solutions will be delivered through the ElevenAgents platform, which enables the deployment of omnichannel AI agents capable of interacting with users across multiple channels and integrating with existing enterprise systems.

These technologies can automate processes such as:

• customer support services
• sales operations
• internal business processes
• debt collection activities

According to Andrei Ionescu, companies in Romania are accelerating their digital transformation, and business leaders are increasingly looking for AI-driven solutions that can generate measurable impact.

Industry-focused AI solutions

The partnership also includes the development of a portfolio of industry-specific AI solutions designed to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Additionally, the companies will create technology accelerators to speed up the implementation of AI solutions, including agent models tailored to specific industries and tools for integrating them with existing digital infrastructures.

According to Mati Staniszewski, the next phase of customer experience will be defined by AI agents capable of reasoning and acting reliably and securely across entire organizations.

Globally, Deloitte provides audit, tax and legal advisory, financial advisory and risk management services to about 90% of the companies included in the Fortune Global 500 ranking.

In Romania, Deloitte employs around 3,300 professionals and provides services in cooperation with Reff & Asociații Deloitte Legal.

ElevenLabs develops AI-based voice generation and processing technologies, as well as conversational agents used by companies to automate user interactions and create digital content in more than 70 languages.
