Genezio launched, at the How to Web conference in Eastern Europe, a Conversational AI Optimization platform designed to help companies understand and improve how generative artificial intelligence systems perceive their brands.
“The funnel is becoming conversational. We have moved from an attention economy to an intention economy. It’s no longer about being first in 10% of searches, but about being present in 80% of relevant conversations and guiding them toward the right outcomes,” said Andrei Pitiș, co-founder & CEO of Genezio.
According to Genezio, 77% of American ChatGPT users already use it as a search engine, and the technology has spread rapidly, reaching over 700 million users worldwide.
