Natural gas output offsets slight drop in crude oil production
OMV Petrom recorded a hydrocarbon production of 104,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the third quarter of 2025. This represents a 2.5% increase compared to the previous quarter but a 2.24% decline compared to the same period last year, according to data released Thursday by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Production of crude oil and condensate reached 47,900 boe/day, down 1.04% from the second quarter, while natural gas production rose to 57,000 boe/day, marking a 6% increase, according to Agerpres.
