Romanian distribution and logistics company Aquila has announced the standardisation and digitalisation of its group-wide HR processes through the implementation of SincronHR, as part of a 24-month project. The investment exceeds 1.2 million lei.
The initiative aims to support the company’s accelerated expansion and post-acquisition integration, following its listing on the Bursa de Valori București and continued growth strategy.
SincronHR implementation supports operational scaling
“Listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the accelerated expansion of the Group, including acquisitions, required Aquila to strengthen its internal processes and coordination capacity at group level. Digitalisation is a strategic pillar supporting sustainable and scalable development (…). The investment contributes to higher operational efficiency, improved reporting quality and better HR decision-making,” said Răzvan Bagherea, Organisation and HR Director.
