Altex founder Dan Ostahie acquires Modul Shopping Center and the retail assets are transferred to Altex Romania

Romanian entrepreneur Dan Ostahie, founder of electronics and IT retailer Altex, has acquired the former Modul Shopping Center in Târgoviște, according to Economedia.

Following the deal, Ostahie now controls 97.74% of the shopping center’s shares. The company previously reported revenues of around RON 3 million and a profit of RON 2.1 million.
