AnimaWings has introduced a new direct route between Bucharest and Munich, improving connectivity between Romania and one of Europe’s key economic hubs. Flights begin on April 2, 2026, operating year-round.
Flexible schedule
The route includes 6 weekly flights, with morning and evening departures, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Flight duration is approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Full-service onboard experience
Flights are operated with Airbus A220-300 aircraft and offer Business, Premium Economy, and Economy classes, all including seat selection and cabin baggage.
Faster access to the city
Munich Airport provides efficient connectivity:
– ~40 minutes to Marienplatz via direct metro
– direct access to the central station
This is significantly faster compared to alternative airports like Memmingen.
Network expansion
AnimaWings continues to expand its European network, reaching 56 destinations with new routes planned across major cities.
