Bosch Romania has announced a major change in its leadership structure. Dan Lăzărescu has been appointed as the new General Manager of Robert Bosch S.R.L. and Representative of the Bosch Group in Romania, succeeding Mihai Boldijar, who led local operations for ten years. This transition marks a new stage for the Romanian automotive industry, nearly a year after Christian von Albrichsfeld’s departure from Continental Romania.
A New Chapter for Bosch Romania
After three decades with the company, ten of which he spent as General Manager of Bosch Romania, Mihai Boldijar is stepping down. Under his leadership, Bosch strengthened its position in the local market, developed sustainable operations, and established leading technology centers. Boldijar also served as Vice President of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) and as a member of the ACAROM Board of Directors.
