Neakaisa.ro, a Romanian online retailer specialising in sanitary ware and home improvement products, reported €7.75 million in revenue for 2025, up 7% compared to 2024. According to Forbes, the company expects approximately 20% growth in 2026, driven by international expansion and the development of its private label brand.
Growth in 2025 was supported by portfolio consolidation and customer experience investments. The in-house brand Rune, launched in 2024, recorded 110% growth year-on-year and now accounts for around 6% of total turnover.

“2025 was a year of consolidation and sustainable development. We observed market maturation and a clearer shift toward products that combine quality, design and price. We are also pleased to see an active community of architects around Neakaisa.ro, constant positive feedback from end customers and a strong internal team,” said Laura Sardescu, co-founder and CEO.
International expansion and new COO appointment
In 2026, the company plans to enter two international markets in the second quarter as part of its strategy to build a regional presence. At the same time, the Rune range will be listed with national distributors to expand reach and accelerate brand growth.
To support this development phase, Neakaisa.ro has appointed Radu Bălăceanu as Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of leadership experience, he previously contributed to scaling Foodpanda Romania and expanding LifeBox internationally.
Founded in 2014 by Laura and Vlad Sardescu, Neakaisa.ro operates an online store and a showroom in Bucharest, offering more than 40,000 home and bathroom products.
