Nespresso continues to grow its Romanian retail network with the opening of a new location at ParkLake Shopping Center. Designed as a pavilion-style space, the store represents the brand’s twelfth point of sale nationwide, according to Forbes.
The new location offers customers access to more than 80 coffee varieties, along with premium coffee machines and accessories. The pavilion concept aims to blend seamlessly into high-traffic areas, focusing on experience-driven retail and closer interaction with the brand.
Expansion strategy and national presence
Company representatives note that the Bucharest expansion aligns with a broader strategy focused on meeting consumers in spaces they regularly frequent.
“The expansion of the Nespresso network in Bucharest is part of our strategy to be present where coffee lovers spend their time, in settings that encourage authentic and relevant interactions with the brand. ParkLake Shopping Center was a natural choice, thanks to the way it connects retail experiences with leisure and outdoor spaces, becoming part of the local community’s daily rhythm (…)”, said Alexandra Mociulschi, Retail Manager Nespresso Romania.
Nespresso currently operates in seven of Romania’s largest cities: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Timișoara, Constanța, Brașov, and Craiova. The continued expansion highlights the company’s focus on strengthening its local presence and adapting its retail formats to urban lifestyles.
