Philip Morris Romania has received the Top Employer certification, a recognition that confirms the excellence of its human resources practices and places the company among the most attractive employers, says Revista Cariere. According to company representatives, the distinction validates a people-centered strategy focused on performance and long-term development.

Global recognition for Philip Morris International
Philip Morris International (PMI) has also been certified as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute for the tenth consecutive year. “PMI is honored to be recognized as a Top Employer for the tenth year in a row — an achievement that highlights the quality and consistency of our people practices worldwide,” said Fred Patitucci, Group Chief People & Culture Officer at PMI.
Following an independent assessment, PMI was named among the 17 organizations worldwide to receive the Global Top Employer certification. This marks the tenth consecutive year of global recognition, while Philip Morris Romania has been certified for the eleventh year in a row. PMI affiliates have also been recognized as top employers in 32 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
