Founded by neurologist Dan Mitrea, together with Cristina Pătrășcanu and Dragoș Tudorache, Neuroaxis reported revenues exceeding €3.8 million in 2025 and operates with a team of more than 50 physicians.
Expansion in neurological subspecialties
The clinic provides services for a wide range of neurological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, brain and spinal tumors, and migraines. Its portfolio includes 12 subspecialties, such as neuro-oncology, epileptology, neuroradiology and neurogenetics.
Neuroaxis representatives stated that the partnership aims to build an integrated national neurology network through investments in specialist training, advanced medical infrastructure and digital patient monitoring systems.
Regina Maria operates one of the largest private healthcare infrastructures in Romania. Its integration into the Mehiläinen Group marks a consolidation phase and opens new opportunities for international expansion.
