UniCredit Bank has completed a €40.5 million financing for a solar power plant developed by Econergy in Oradea, further strengthening the long-term partnership between the two groups in Romania and across other European markets.
Within the transaction, UniCredit Bank acted as arranger, facility agent, and security agent. The credit facility is aimed at refinancing the construction costs of the photovoltaic plant, providing long-term financial stability and operational efficiency for the project.
