Fărcaș Eduard Emanuel: The most difficult moment was a financial loss I suffered at the beginning of my real estate career. It was a tough but necessary lesson. It clearly showed me that practical experience must be supported by solid financial education and a deep understanding of investment mechanisms.

I chose not to see that episode as a failure, but as a point of recalibration. I invested in education, personal and professional development, and in a systemic understanding of the field. Today, I can say that moment accelerated my business maturity.

Fărcaș Eduard Emanuel: At the beginning, I was almost exclusively focused on results and operational aspects. I was oriented toward execution and immediate efficiency.

Today, I am more strategic, calmer in decision-making, and more attentive to building sustainable systems. My transformation has been from a professional focused on punctual delivery to a leader oriented toward sustainable development.

I place great importance on seriousness, punctuality, and respect. I am demanding, but first and foremost with myself.

Fărcaș Eduard Emanuel: The decision to develop Transilvania Imobiliare to a level that covers not only residential sales, but also land, investments, and real estate consultancy completely changed my perspective on business. It was no longer just about transactions, but about building a coherent market identity, reputation, and trust.

From that moment on, every step was taken strategically, with a focus on continuous development, education, and building a team that shares the same values.

C&B: How did you build your leadership style and decision-making approach?
Fărcaș Eduard Emanuel: My leadership style was shaped through experience and continuous learning. It was not a spontaneous process, but a consciously built one.

I make decisions rationally, based on analysis, while also considering their impact on people. I believe in structure, responsibility, and accountability. A leader must create stability, not unnecessary pressure.

Fărcaș Eduard Emanuel: My day starts early and is clearly structured according to priorities.
