Romanian Bar Association says Romanian Post has dropped a key service for lawyers

The National Union of Romanian Bar Associations (UNBR) says Romanian Post has discontinued an important postal service used by lawyers and has notified the relevant authorities, according to Economedia.

The issue concerns the removal of the registered letter service with declared content and acknowledgment of receipt, which is widely used in payment order procedures and other civil and arbitration cases, Mediafax reports.
