Vodafone and the Vodafone Foundation have announced a new donation to Salvamont Romania, consisting of a complete package of aerial intervention equipment for all county and local public rescue services. The total value of the donation amounts to €150,000, according to a statement sent to TechRider.ro.
Each Salvamont team will receive a kit including a DJI Mavic 3T drone equipped with thermal imaging and optical zoom, RC Pro Enterprise controller, intelligent batteries and all necessary accessories for operation in challenging conditions. The new equipment will also be integrated into the recently introduced intervention vehicles.
